The Fountain
House is a truly wonderful combination: the luxurious feel of an
upscale inn, with a down-home sense of hospitality. This
beautifully appointed Victorian painted lady will take your breath
away. The main house has been decorated in Victorian reproduction
Bradbury and Bradbury wallpaper to give you the full effect of
going back in time. And we never get tired of hearing people's
expressions of amazement as they walk through the house admiring
the wallpaper ("and normally I don't LIKE wallpaper" is something
we've heard numerous times). Decorated in rich wood tones with
lush fabrics and just a touch of whimsy, this house is truly a joy
to behold.
Conveniently located just off NH Route 101 - 40 minutes west of
Manchester, 60 minutes north of Worcester and 75 minutes northwest
of Boston. Both Nashua, NH and Peterborough, NH are only 20
minutes away, while Keene is 40 minutes west on 101.
