The Highland Lake Inn,
surrounded by fields, barns, and century-old farmhouses, presents
an enchanting escape to New Hampshire. The Inn, now completely
restored, was originally built in 1767 and enlarged in the early
1800's. It sits on a picturesque country lane lined with rustic
stone walls and shady sugar maples yet is ideally located for four
seasons of recreation and relaxation
With its ten spacious and
comfortably appointed guest rooms, the Inn is perfect for
romantic couples or business travelers alike. Each room has a
private bath, and some rooms have working fireplaces. Sleep
deeply on luxurious bedding and fine linens. In the morning,
awake to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, followed by a
