The Jefferson Inn
is a 1896 Victorian located near one of the most popular outdoor
attractions in New England, the pinnacle of the White Mountains,
Mount Washington. Expansive mountain views and spectacular sunsets
may be seen from the wraparound porch. Superb hiking, cycling,
cross-country skiing, snowmobiling & sightseeing is available
directly from the door. The Inn is adjacent to a spring-fed
swimming pond with a floating dock, an outdoor ice skating rink
with warming hut. Summer theatre, antique shops, a cider mill,
amusement parks, and downhill skiing are available nearby.
Discounted lift tickets for downhill skiers, maps and guidebooks
for hikers and cyclist as well as reservation services for a
variety of local attractions are part of the hospitality.
