Twelve acres of orchard
surround our 1790 colonial bed and breakfast. Furnished with
antiques and filled with music and charm, our B&B is a year-round
place to unwind. Musicians are invited to play the Steinway at
impromptu juice bar jazz receptions and everyone may enjoy our
extensive children's book collection. A short walk through the
orchard takes you to dinner at one of the area's finer restaurants.
Beach and boat launchers on Winnipesaukee and trails at the Loon
Center are less than one mile away. A full country breakfast is
included. All guest rooms have private baths and some have
